the talent of regional NSAI members "In the Round"

We are presenting our first WRITERS NIGHT at the legendary Godfrey Daniels,
a member supported not for profit listening room in the Lehigh Valley.
Please come out to celebrate songwriting as a unifying force within the
music community!

JACKIE TICE

Jackie Tice is a multi-award winning songwriter and national touring and recording artist, who came up as a beginning songwriter through NSAI. Today Jackie is hailed as "an important voice among American songwriters." Her earthy edgy songs of bliss, cruelty and faith are inspired by her Native American and European roots, with songs that address significant issues of our time. She is founder of All Nations Peace Concert, which was presented at the 2007 Musikfest.

RYAN ASHER

Ryan Asher is an up and coming young singer-songwriter who blends strong melodies and expressive lyrics and environmentalist roots. He was recently featured on the PBS show, "Tempo." This 2005 Muhlenberg College grad is an envionrmental scientist by day, who plans to one day make music his full-time gig. Ryan peforms throughout the Lehigh Valley, Philly, and NYC, and has released two discs over the past three years. He's currently working on a full-length debut record being produced at Westwires Studio in Bethlehem, host of our chapter's Lehigh Valley workshops.

PERRY ARTESE

Perry Artese is an NSAI member based in Southeastern PA. Featured this past summer at the 2007 Bethlehem Musikfest with with music duo/band Artese 'N Toad, Perry's music blends acoustic, country and folk rock roots in the spirit of Johnny Cash, Traveling Wilburys, John Prine, and Jackson Brown, in music described as "a captured slice of time." With duo partner Tom "Toad" DiMeo backing him, Perry will perform songs with strong musicianship and wide audience appeal.
